April has seen us embrace media interest but also expand the sponsorship programme with 4 new peer leaders being sponsored and also 2 teachers of Chawama SEE school.  Thanks to a generous donation from the Shetland Isles (!) we were able to give a contrbution towards support to Justin and Jack who work alongside Sharon, one of our other supported teachers in Chawama.

We also received school progress reports from the sponsored peer leaders in Chawama as they embark on their second year in the sponsorship programme.  We were delighted to read the school reports which reflect a lot of hard work and appreciation of the opportunity given to the peer leaders through sponsorship.  We are already looking ahead to our next updates which are likely to be in September....watch  this space
